Shipping:

Reinwald's Bakery proudly bakes its products fresh with no preservatives; the way they used to do. Selecting your shipping date two days in advance allows us time to produce the finest quality baked goods especially for you and your recipients!

Standard shipping is by UPS Ground shipping. Upgraded overnight delivery is available at increased cost. Some small items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

UPS does not ship on weekends; please keep this in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time Reinwald's Bakery will not be shipping outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refused Deliveries:

Refused deliveries and order cancellations received after merchandise has been shipped are subject to a 10% return fee.

Damaged Goods:

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery to assure a fair solution to this problem.

Receipts:

Receipts for items ordered by phone will be e-mailed or mailed to you. Most manufacturers require receipt for warranty service, so be sure to keep your receipt.

Privacy:

We do not sell or otherwise disclose customer information to any outside party not directly involved in fulfilling your order.

Security:

Our online ordering system is encrypted for your protection. Customer credit card information is never transmitted by insecure means.
