This mousse torte is a special summer selection. A thin dacquoise layer sets the base for three layers of our home made naturally flavored mousses (blueberry, white chocolate & strawberry). The torte is completed with fresh strawberries and blueberries in a light sweet glaze. Perfect for the Fourth of July or anytime!
*note: Dacquoise is a light and crispy almond merengue.
